I have loved this place for years! But today was the worst customer service I have ever received. Couldn't match the color but didn't tell me he couldn't till after then told me it was my problem. My nail tech is amazing but this guy bout had me in tears! So disrespectful. Then kept talking to other customer about how I should know the number. I would not recommend this guy. I may even switch salons he made me so upset. When correcting my nail it even looked messed up. If I were the owner he would be fired.Services: Nail painting

It was just my first time in a long time going there, but the two ladies (Navy did my pedicure and Nini who did my SNS nail manicure) who worked on me did fabulous work. Initially, only because I had an appointment I was going to walk out because they appeared to be so busy, but a Navy called out and said I am just about finished. So, I stayed and was glad I did. The one thing (though there were many compared to the last place I frequented, for one they seemed much more organized and did not switch people that were working on my nails) I appreciated was whoever was working on my nails was with me from start to finish and both did a superior job on my nails, and I can... read full review

I've been coming here for about 5 yrs if not more for pedicure usually, once in a while manicure. I've always been pleased with the staff, service and ambiance. Navy usually does my pedicure. She always goes above and beyond. Everyone there seems friendly. Would recommend to family and friends.Services: Pedicure
