Let's start with the Customer Service. Five star all the way. Mike takes you along with him explaining what he's doing and why. The quote process was very educational. The team that came out to install our equipment was very professional, and clean.
My house has never been more comfortable. Not only are we cool, but we feel the difference in the humidity. I wish we would have replaced our unit years ago. They have gained another "Forever Customer"

I only trust the Carolina Heat And AirIke Green and Mike Green JR, are trustworthy and offer superior service. I have had others say my unit was shot, and Mike showed me a way of making the unit last longer. I have bought two complete units from Carolina Quality.
