“Let me first say this place is amazing. I booked this session as a Valentines Day activity for me and my wife. Maria provided the facials which was my first one. Ever. She was informative as I had some questions during the treatment. Von was great. She worked out kinks and knots I didn't even know where there. Next we had a foot detox . The water in the pan came out pretty disgusting at the end but better in the water than in my body, right. Next it was a charcuterie board with wine and juice. A great floral center piece on the table. A really nice way to relax and just talk with each other. Finally we put together a plant. The way the activity was presented was the plant would represent the levels of our relationship. From the rocks at the bottom which represented our foundation to the actual placing of the plant in the vase which represented our love and flourishing of our marriage. This was a great ending and Prince playing in the background was a nice added touch as this is one of my wife's favorite artists. All in all this was one of the best things we have done together for Valentines day. I would highly recommend this to anyone that wants a special day with your significant other.“

“Okay this place is a hidden gem! I had my first appointment today. First of all the Lady at the front desk was so kind and helpful to give me directions when I couldn’t find the building. It is a clean and relaxing environment. I think the prices are very fair! I booked with Hunter who was very personable and knowledgeable on his trade. Everyone made me feel so comfortable and welcomed and I must say I don’t think I’ve ever had such a good massage! Hunter really targeted my problem areas and worked out some tough knots and issues I had. I feel so much better! I don’t think I realized how much pain I was in before until I got home and realized how different I felt! I’ve gotten massages before in many different states and I will say I think this place is awesome!!! Thanks Hunter!!!!“

Her body work sessions are wonderful she takes time to assess the mobility of your body, determining which areas are stronger or weaker and she works with you to release physical and emotional tension. Gao is very knowledgeable, I am grateful to her for putting together a little work out routine to strengthen my body. I recommend her body work sessions!“

“Had my prenatal massage with Donnelle and it was great! She walked me through the plan for the massage as well as accommodating my comfort with different positions. She was able to focus on areas where I had the most tension and the amount of pressure she used was just right. The headache I had arrived with was gone by the end and I left feeling very relaxed!“

“I walked in after a haircut appointment in the same area to check it out right when they opened. I was greeted and everyone was very friendly and accommodating. They were able to schedule me for the next day. I received a great massage from Elizabeth, who was able to find some trouble spots during a deep tissue session. I've had trouble in the past with getting lackluster massages at places like Massage Envy and Zen massage, maybe because they rotate through more inexperienced therapists. At this place, there are a few consistent people and they all maintain their training and technique from what I could tell, as I think I saw them in a training session that morning with a client going over some techniques being taught by the owner. It looks like they had recently increased their prices across the board as the pamphlet had prices crossed out and replaced with higher amounts. Even so, it seemed like a nice treat to splurge on and I would recommend it. I did not notice any excessive noise outside the room like some of the other reviewers mentioned but I could see it being a possibility. An idea would be to install those sound machines outside the doors.“

“I have psoriatic arthritis along with the adjustments I get to relieve my pain I also do the Light Therapy. The Light Therapy gets deep into the muscles that are sore or stiff. It works so well within hours I feel great relief and by the next day it's even better. It works for so many hours after the 20 minute treatment.“

“I have been going to Complete Rehab in Gastonia for more than a year now. First part for my back and now for Total Knee Repair surgery. I have always felt relaxed when I go for treatment. Except for the pain of course. These folks are the best to go to if you want excellent care. My therapists, Rebecca and Shaughnesy, are really great. They work to put together the best exercises for me after my surgery. When I ask any questions, they explain the answers so I can understand and sometimes, if needed, show me pictures so I can see what it looks like for a better understanding. They are both patient with me and get it that the pain is so bad. They have a way of gently talking to me to ease my fears. That shows me their compassion for my issues and tears. Even when they have to get a little touch. These young ladies I have never forgotten from the beginning. And I won't ever.“
