I’ve been dealing with shoulder problems and muscle tightness for a long time. I was able to connect with Elsa and she has honestly improved my range of motion with my shoulder, no more pain, and overall my body feels great! I highly recommend her!
I enjoyed talking with Elsa and going over certain stretches to help with my pain. She was very welcoming and went over everything before the massage. She applied light to medium pressure and was able to guide me through feeling relaxed. The massage bed was warm and very comfortable which I also loved!
