We used Stage It Charlotte after our first appraisal on our lakefront home came in lower than we expected. The Stage It Charlotte team were complete miracle workers! Karen's fresh perspective and keen eye helped "edit" some of our existing decor, then she added key pieces that pulled everything together. We got another appraisal 2 weeks later, and it came in $110k over the first one! (That's not a typo... $110k higher!) Stage It Charlotte is hands-down the best in the business. Karen and her amazing team were responsive and supportive from the first phone call. During the walk through at the home she listened closely to our goals for the house and answered every single question. She guided us through the process and pricing with transparency and patience. The final product was MARVELOUS! Elegant, modern, and natural. The home was transformed into a high-end space, but still looked accessible and comfortable. I will absolutely use Stage It every time I need staging for my clients' homes. P.S. The home sold quickly, and not because of the market, but because the staging showcased the features of the house and created a gorgeous high end visual for buyers.
