The studio also provides contrast therapy, with alternating time in the sauna and cold water plunges, as well as a Candlelight Deep Hot Yoga session. The space is very clean, new, and features ample mirrors and easy-to-clean flooring. Many visitors describe the studio as their happy place where they connect with themselves, and they appreciate the friendly staff and the quality of classes. While members have access to the sauna, cold plunge, and gym, drop-in visitors can enjoy the challenging yet rewarding hot yoga classes. I love Reinvent! If you’re curious about hot yoga this is a great place to start. All of the instructors are super welcoming and supportive. There’s a variety of classes every day of the week, and they also offer strength training, so there’s really something for everyone.
Great fitness studio! Instructors are friendly & welcoming, the classes are for any skill level, I didn’t have any yoga experience when I started & they’ve taught me so much. The classes are hot hot which I love.
