Palm Beach Tan

I live in Raleigh. North Carolina came to the Palm Beach tan location in Matthews, spent $30 on the most expensive bed. The girl fails to mention that they only let you go in there for 6 minutes. I have a golden tan already ... What a waste of money.

So today I stopped by the salon and wanted to do a spray. I usually get dark but today I was told that they were out of dark and so I had to do medium. First of all how can you be out of dark?!?! That is pretty terrible but I’m cool and easy going so I just went with it. I was offered no discount or any additives. The lady did tell me that they could add all sorts of additives to make the tan dark but of course at extra charge. That is just not good customer service but what really really got me was that hours after I sprayed I noticed that absolutely no spray tan whatsoever was applied to my skin! Always courteous and knowledgeable and very sweet -- many seem to know my name. I have been spraying there for years. I only wish the price I pay for a spray was consistent because I do the same thing every time
