This was my 3rd time getting PT at this location. I requested Brett, the same person I had last time. I had to have PT for a revised knee replacement. This location has such wonderful staff. The front desk check in and out is always so pleasant. They take time to remember your name so it makes it more personalized.
Brett is an amazing Physical Therapist. His calm demeanor is such a pleasure. He will work you (even if you don’t wanna move), but will listen when you say you are hurting. He tries to understand what is going on with you as a person. This time I had 21 visits and he absolutely tried his best to get me moving.

Mackenzie the physician assistant has been following my mom since she broke her hip. Mackenzie is competent and compassionate and in some ways, probably better to see than a fast paced physician. We really like her clinical skills as well as her personality. Ortho Carolina is very fortunate to have her on their team!
