Miller Animal Hospital is a family-owned veterinary hospital located in Indian Trail, NC. The staff is considered lovely and caring, providing a rare level of service. Patients have been seeing the veterinarian for over a decade, who is known as the best in the area. The hospital is praised for its clean, polite, and professional environment, and for accommodating pets with special needs.
The staff and Vet was more than the BEST when it came to care for my German Shepherd. We unfortunately had to put him down due to lung cancer and we were treated with so much love for us and especially for him. Dr. Miller went out of his way to make sure we were knowledgable, and felt valued. He understood we were losing a part of of our family and made sure this experience was the best it could be under the circumstances. I am forever grateful for how he handled it until the end and made sure to take the time to NEVER make us feel rushed. This veterinary is truly the best i have experienced and the staff aligns with the Vet's values.
Good: staff friendly; the vet concerned about the patient and owner together; price quite reasonable; also has a clini-cat in residence (I wouldn't recommend trying to pet - seems perpetually cranky).
Bad: finding it (teeny-tiny house); hardly any parking.
I went to Dr. Miller when his office was on Old Monroe Rd and the level of care my Chihuahua got six years ago is the same level of care she got last month. A clean office, professional staff, great attitude and an overall awesome veterinarian.
We will keep coming back.
