As a person she is amazing - I always enjoy our conversations and feel like she is really listening and invested in our relationship. I never feel rushed or stressed in her chair! Melissa will know what to do with your hair. Sometimes I have gone to her with something in mind, other times I walk in just knowing I need a cut and tell her to do what she thinks is best! I have never left her chair unhappy. I have had multiple lengths, styles, and color done by her over the years all of which were flawless. I am always complimented on my hair! I began using Maria Nilla when she became and educator and I will never go back!
