I initially found out about Kitchen Tune-Up in Charlotte, NC thru their TV ad. They're listed with BBB, had no complaints, and had good online reviews. I was especially drawn to them because I didn't want to spend many thousands of dollars getting my entire kitchen re-done in order to have new glass cupboard doors. I liked the idea of a refacing instead. It did take several weeks from project start to finish, but I found it to be worth the wait. I was skeptical at first, but after seeing their brand new showroom and each segment of my project being done so well, my fears were allayed. In 2019 I bought a 30 unit Bloomdale Apartment complex in the Costwold area with dated 1990 kitchen decor. Because the whole industry is competing with listing photos, until 2022 I was not competing successfully when trying to raise my rents with new LVT floors and paint in a safe close-in neighborhood.
Kitchen Tune-up was willing to work with me to paint out the cabinets in white and do a shaker style redoor. Along with adding LVT floors and new appliances I have been able to visually compete, and successfully raised my renovated rents from $795 to $1075 over the last couple of years as tenants turned.

We had a mini face lift for our kitchen and replaced all the cabinet and drawer fronts, backsplash and, countertops. We had the absolute pleasure of working with Demi. She was so helpful (and calming LOL) and was always available. Having the chance to work with owner, Tom, and the rest of the team was also a fantastic experience! And we LOVE our kitchen!
