“I spilled water on my laptop keyboard and despite all of my efforts to dry it out, the left mouse button and other keys wouldn't work. I reached out to Paul and I was able to drop it off later that day. He called me the following day after looking at it and provided me with an estimate for the repair and shipping time for the part. He called me a few days later to let me know the shipping time was delayed (seems to be the norm these days) and said he would let me know when he got the part and when I could pick it up. I picked up the laptop today and the keyboard is good to go. I would highly recommend Paul if you need a repair for your computer.
