This company is the biggest joke! As you can tell from the bad reviews in the past and their love for excuses is exactly what they are. My prop management company is using them to clean up the hill in our yard. Christina told me she needed pictures to send a quote for approval. I sent a dozen of pictures and videos, told Christina EXACTLY what it was and what we needed. Never got a call back, I followed up a week later and was told it was approved now time to schedule! Great! Took time off of work, appt was set for 8-9 am. I saw the tech in front of my house at 7:40am and then he drove off.
