This company is the biggest joke! As you can tell from the bad reviews in the past and their love for excuses is exactly what they are. My prop management company is using them to clean up the hill in our yard. Christina told me she needed pictures to send a quote for approval. I sent a dozen of pictures and videos, told Christina EXACTLY what it was and what we needed. Never got a call back, I followed up a week later and was told it was approved now time to schedule! Great! Took time off of work, appt was set for 8-9 am. I saw the tech in front of my house at 7:40am and then he drove off. Worried he came early and I somehow missed him, I called the company and was told "he inspected the hill and went to get the proper tools. Don't worry, It is going to get done today!" the tech came back around 10 am, worked for about 10 min then left with no explanation, no phone call, no knock on the door. So I called Christina and was told the job was never approved because they didn't know exactly what the job initialed!! 1. Why did you tell me he inspected it and left to get the proper tools? 2. If he inspected it, he should know what the job is. 3. If you were unsure from the photos, videos, and phone calls about the job, why didn't you come prior to the appt to inspect it? The tech left all his trash in my neighbors yard and refuses to come back and pick it up. When I asked for him to come back so he can clean up the mess he left I was told by Christina "No, but hopefully it shouldn't blow around in the wind." Was told they were going to come back the next day but didn't know a time, I called, text, left voice mails for an update on a time and never heard back. I decide to take another day off of work so I wouldn't miss them (my prop management company charges me $75 if I miss them) finally got a hold of Christina the day of the appt to find out they are not coming out again and she doesn't know when they are coming! Christina, is rude, incompetent, does not know what she is doing, doesn't call back and IF you do get ahold of her and catch her in her lies she stutters and hangs up! I told her I was going to take this to the BBB and leave a review on google and she told me "You can do whatever you want" and hung up. So here I am, a backyard, not even close to done, and no update from the company, and a bunch of trash in my neighbors yard. I would trust the bad reviews and go somewhere else. It's not worth the headache. As a small business owner myself, I support everyone trying to survive in this mad world. However, I still do believe in good customer service and good quality. Unfortunately, this small company does not have any.

Professional service with high quality work at a fair price, great attention to detail. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend, definitely use again. 5-star without hesitation!
