My neck was broken in 1991 and I have a number of physical deficits. I use a walker and have paralysis on my left side more than my right side. In a few sessions, Cheryl has help me rethink my my body and my body movement. I’ve seen significant improvements over a period of just a couple months. I feel like I’ve been stuck for years in a physical limbo, and Cheryl is helping me move again. I am learning to stand up in a fluid way that takes less effort and is more efficient.I am encouraged about my physical potential for the first time in years.
Where do I begin....this is a true place of healing. The location is off the beaten path which lends itself to spa vibes. The owner Cheryl is amazing, kind and always willing to share her knowledge to create a whole person and a better version of yourself.
