We had hardwoods put down that replaced carpet in our living room. Cheryl who works in the store, and Derek who came out and measured are both great and very personable!The workmanship from the crew was top notch, and they were punctual everyday until the job was finished. If there was ever a language barrier with the crew who mostly spoke Portuguese, the foreman would immediately call a translator named Junior which I greatly appreciated.Finally, I felt that the price was very reasonable for nail down oak hardwood. I couldn’t be more pleased!
Discount Flooring is amazing! Highly recommend. We were able to save money and time. The floors we got installed looked great. Most importantly, Cheryl was an absolute treasure during the process. I was so overwhelmed and she handpicked the exact perfect floors for me. Carlos and the installation team did amazing as well!
Cheryl was absolutely amazing! She came to our home and gave us some wonderful ideas about new flooring choices. She is so knowledgeable about the different types of flooring and the warranties and what would work best. The installation team was phenomenal! Luis and his crew were patient with us if we had questions as the installation took place. Their attention to detail is so wonderful! They were so careful with moving our furniture and with clean up.
