I'd been looking for a new dentist and ensuring they had an excellent hygienist was imperative. Matthews Dental Care has excellent hygienists!!!! I've seen approximately three and they have all been extremely skilled and talented. I've seen Amanda, Lizzy, and Lisa. I first visited with an emergency and Dr. Callahan was very knowledgeable and provided information in great detail. The front desk staff are excellent. They are professional, and friendly and provide excellent service. For instance, if you want to be seen sooner or see a specific hygienist, they will call you when they have an available appointment. I'm very pleased with Matthews Dental Care and recommend them.

Wonderful front office as they all greet you properly and professionally- and everyone says goodbye when you leave! What a sweet group of people. The hygienists are amazing- great chatting with you as you discuss any issues you may have. I even learned of some new floss that would help my sensitive gums. I don't always floss but I have been motivated to do so now that I know what product I need. So much good information. I have had my family here for 7 yrs. We have had cavities filled and they understand if you are anxious. However- I did not feel any pain when filled. Dr Surface is amazing - he makes the process very easy. I have seen the other Dentists there for a cleaning check. Great group. If you are new to the area or need a good change- highly recommend.

I will start by saying I hate going to the dentist! BUT not here...they were so warm and understanding of my fears. They took extra time, gave me time to relax. That is so awesome!! I will be a life long patient here. The Doctors are warm and friendly. The hygienists are great. Office staff are always nice and helpful.. If you are like me....afraid to go to the dentist....they are really different here. Try them out. You will be happy you did.
