After our tree fell, during Tropical storm Helene, Joe came out within the hour and gave me the assurance I needed to get the tree taken care of. Joe and his team were fast, professional, affordable and courteous.
Centrella is an excellent company…. Hard working and knowledgeable about what they do! On Sept. 27th a tree fell on my house around 7:30am! I called them right away and they were here to survey the damage and give an estimate within an hour. Within 4 hours they arrived to cut it off the house and haul it away! Everyone of the men is professional!! I know they do good work. Tree work is expensive but it’s had, labor intensive work. Glad to have them!
A week ago one of our trees was badly damaged after a storm. We had previously used Centrella so I didn’t hesitate to call them again. Joe came out within a few hours of my call to assess the damage. Sadly, the tree was split and needed to be taken down. Joe texted me later the same day with an estimate and date for the service.
The day before the service was scheduled to occur, extreme weather from an incoming hurricane was expected. Joe texted me that they were planning to come earlier than originally planned but he would confirm in the morning which he did.
