Sauna is so knowledgeable. I came in with intense pain and immobility from back injury and sciatica. Her corrective massages have helped reduce the pain and increase my mobility. She also offers advice on better ways to sleep and how to correct the little daily things we do to eliminate larger problems. The Ohana program makes multiple massages more affordable. She will give you what your body needs. Schedule some time with her, you will be glad you did!
My massage therapist is Chris. I have severe sciatica..He has been able to help me. I am sore the next day from my deep muscle massage. But, the relief from pain is nice. Chris has the perfect temperament for his career. I highly recommend Chris.
This is an extraordinary place!? This is my 2nd time coming here. The services that I received today was a massage plus the sauna! Shauwna is INCREDIBLE and very knowledgeable with holistic advice for how to support your body in an optimal way.
