Scott came out today and had a quick and efficient fix for our ac issue! So very nice and helpful and he even fixed my broken gate latch while he was here. 10 gold stars and two thumbs up! Also, amazing office staff. Quick to respond and very helpful.

We have worked with Wilson Heat and Air for the last nine years. They did the install of our new heat pump when we moved to O'Brien from south Florida. Mike did our install and is usually the tech to respond to any issues we have had, he is excellent and has always responded quickly. The folks in the office have always been friendly and provided us with great customer service. Today we had them install new ductwork for us, as always, they did a great job for a good price. We would highly recommend Wilson Heat and Air for your HVAC needs.

We noticed our AC not working on a Friday evening in the heat of August so we called Wilson HVAC company who sent Travis out to help us. Travis was here very fast, immediately diagnosed the problem and had it fixed within 15 minutes. On top of that since we are maintenance customers our rate to fix the broken part and the after hours emergency repair was way less expensive than I was expecting which left us feeling good about doing business with Wilson HVAC.
The woman working dispatch was very helpful and went the extra mile for us as well which was so appreciated.
