We can not thank Derrick enough for the well he put in for us! We live in Hot Springs so not many people want to dig wells there, we're in the middle of selling our house and had to have a well, another well company put us on their list and had us wait 6 months and then they weren't able to dig the well. Thankfully I reached out to Derrick and he was able to put me on his schedule within a couple weeks, stuck to his word on when he would be coming out to do the well, and was a super nice person to do business with. Definitely recommend and will definitely use Carolina well & pump in the future.
Derrick is incredible. We called and he came after 9 pm to see what he could do to get us water again. Diagnosed a leak in the line between the well and the house. Came back the next afternoon and kept working in the cold rain and mud to find TWO leaks and fix them. Water again! 72 hours without water, fighting to find someone to help. Derrick cared about getting us restored and he didn't quit until it was done! He's earned a customer for life.
