Their customer service is exceptional. In March our computer was acting up as we were preparing to close on our house and I called them on a Wednesday about 11:00. I explained what was going on and they said to bring it in ASAP. They called about 1:00 and said it was finished and they stuck around after 1:00 to make sure I got it back!! GREAT STAFF
I can’t say enough about greatness of this business! I had a computer emergency this afternoon and the James/Dawn team had a solution for me-same day. They were so kind and compassionate and brought my stress level back down to normal within a very short time. This was my first time in their shop and they will be my “go-to” from now on for any and all computer related issues!
