This company is hands-down the most honest and professional heating and cooling company in our area. After being charged over $200 by another company to provide me diagnostics on why my furnace was not running, and being told that I needed an $800 part, I reached out to friends who recommended a second opinion by Stacy Crisp and Company. I felt that this was an exuberant amount of money and the company who wanted to order the $800 part told me they were unable to divulge the information on the part that they were ordering.
