“I got a telephone call from Joseph this morning letting me know he was going to be in the area of my mountain cabin ( second home) and he offered to go up to it and check to see if everything was okay and he would go ahead and treat my home while he was there. I explained that I live 2 1/2 hours away and had no way to know if it had survived the storm or not. He even offered to take photos of things that might not be okay. I have never experienced this kind of kindness from someone I have never met before . To know that there is someone who cares like this is absolutely wonderful and so affirming! If I could have given him a hug through the phone lines, I would have done it. A-1 is a wonderful company and I am so happy that they have not only my business, but my back as well!!!!“

“I just had Chuck Holiday and Gary Ward out to my property to take care of a bald faced hornet problem. Talk about A+ service. They walked most of my 2+ acre property and looked at all the places for wasps and bees. Needless to say we just moved into our house, been here less than a week, I mowed the lawn and road my mower right by the hornets and didn't see them. My kids kicked a soccer ball over by them and That is when we noticed them. So we called them up and they were out at my house within an hour. There was a beach ball size bald face hornets nest. They got it and killed them, they also took care of so much more. They dug up an old yellow jackets nest (that I had just killed a couple days prior) and made sure I got the queen, they sprayed everything down with their commercial chemicals, they walked the property and found other wasp nests that were starting. They did an excellent job and even told me where I can go to find good products to help maintain my big property. These guys were here for 2 hours and they answered a lot of my questions. I don't understand these other negative reviews, all I can say is they earned my business because they were fast, took care of the problem, and gave me recommendations besides using them as a service. Which means they are humble enough to say you can do it on your own if you are able. I was not able to handle the bees and I trust them now with future business they just earned from me.“

“Discovered a rather large Yellow Jacket nest in my tool shed and called Fulbright Pest Control. Tammy showed up about an hour later and immediately took care of the problem by spraying and removing the nest. I was thoroughly impressed. They earned any future pest control business I may need.
