My wife and I have used PRE for the last 3 years as our home security/surveillance provider. PRE has always provided us professional service at a very fair price. Our nonprofit agency was awarded a grant for the installation of a security system. We reached out and obtained multiple bids. Of the bids, PRE was the most thorough and detailed, explaining every estimate in cost and identifying an alternative. We chose PRE to do the installation and they are highly professional, service first, customer oriented in every way. It was a large job and we had a few hiccups in the beginning that Michael addressed head on and impressively. A year later, we have the ability to monitor activity offsite with quality equipment. Michael has been patient, pleasant, reliable, honest, and most of all, competent. We couldn’t be happier with the quality and the customer service. If you are looking into upgrading and protecting your building, please consider going local and placing your trust in Michael and PRE.
