Enjoyed my experience with Maiden Eye clinic. Dr. Matt Davis is a very good doctor.Very friendly and personable.I was referred to Graystone in Hickory for cataract surgery. All went well at both places.
Meh. Called yesterday to make an appointment and they told me to call back today to give insurance info (I didnt have it at the time of first call).I call back today and the lady answered and said 'give me a sec' and then put me on hold for nearly 10 minutes. No thanks. Canceled appointments for me and my husband. I didn't enjoy being put on hold for that long when with what I had would've taken maybe 45 seconds.
