Thank you to the staff at UNC Health Urgent Care at the Southeastern Health Mall. You guys rock, I felt awful and Cynthia Clark FNP saw me. She was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. Thank you for the great care I received.

This urgent care is very convenient for me, and I have felt well taken care of by all four providers I have been see by. I was discharged by UNC at Chapel Hill, and was told to see an urgent care for a broken finger. I did, and was pleased with the X-ray, splint, and referral I received. I have never felt my problem was too unimportant, to be treated. So another 5 stars for knowledge and friendliness!

FNP Cyndi is great medical professional my experiences with her have been better than MD’s I have seen in the past. She’s straight forward and don’t candy coat anything. This lady has cared for me and my family for 29 years. I wish she was still in family practice. I will hunt her down. That’s how much trust we have with her. Me my wife and two daughters love her dearly. UNC Health is lucky to have her.
