Southern Heating & Air Charles, the manager of the field service technicians called me around 8:05 am the morning of the appointment & asked if I still wanted to keep my previously scheduled appointment at 10:00 am. I said yes, is there something wrong. Charles said no, I just wanted to make sure & does he have to call you first or can he just show up? I said no, not as long as he's coming around my appointment time. I asked Charles the name of the technician who was coming and he said Christian. At 11:05 am, I called Southern Heating & Air to get an estimated time of arrival for the service technician. Pam answered but transferred me to Charles. Charles seemed surprised that the technician hadn't arrived yet & placed me on hold. When Charles returned to the call, he said the technician was in enroute.At 11:15 am, he arrived at my home. There were two technicians instead of one. The main service technician, Christian was assisted by Parker, technician in training. Christian informed me that they were at a service call (which Charles didn't make me aware when we spoke twice earlier that morning) & was apologetic. Both guys were very pleasant, patient & easy-going. Christian was always willing to answer my questions very thoroughly & he was extremely informative. Parker asked his questions, was very attentive & took/followed instructions well. I was impressed that Christan also was proactive in providing me with information that I didn't even ask about which was very helpful. They both cleaned up behind themselves and left my home, porch & yard as they had found it. For what my service call required the pricing was very affordable. I really appreciate the time & care they took with me & my home as this was a great experience. I will always recommend using Southern Heating & Air for your maintenance needs.

Woke to a cold house with a winter storm approaching the same day. I had never used this company, so I could only hope to get help from them. Called company’s number at 6am and was able to speak to a person via answering service. Company person called me around 8am, gathered info and said a technician would call when otw. At 11 am the technician, Jared, called, arrived on time, was courteous, professional, compassionate and went right to work. He was able to diagnose and correct the problem within an hour.
