First time and last time going here I really think they duking people out of money that have insurance how does someone pay 180.00 there last visit last week and today have to pay same today and has insurance after someone at the front desk and office told him his next visit would only be 35.00 and if you have the name Lumberton urgent care mean that you take walk in right I thought but told me that I would have to pay up front for my daughter to be seen because her insurance would not register them because there not her Dr but if you are a urgent care you would take walk in assume but I guess not they need to be called locklear family urgent care but not a urgent care... read full review

The girl that answers the phone is Very Rude. And shouldn't be dealing with customers. She has no common sense. She called to let me know we need to come in for an appointment. For his ADHD check ✔️. However she forgot we came in a month a go for the follow up. They made him test for covid and wouldn't see him. Because his allergies were acting up. I specifically asked .Now I am not coming in until the next follow up every 3 months .They said yes gave us an appointment for I think December 29th. Now she is saying no he has ro come in between now and than to get his prescription filled..This is insane.

Very very rude and disrespectful women that work here. They sure don't make you feel like family, that's a joke! You ask one question and you get nasty rude answers from all of them. It's so sad that places like these keep on employees who not only don't care about their patients that walk in but make nasty remarks within the patients hearing range. The nurse with the red scrubs on today (06/22/2022) could be a little nicer as well as all the women around her who act way worse. Alot of growing up needs to be done within these "employees" as well as a nurse should care about their patients and the elderly class taught to them.My first bad... read full review
