Andrew Davis worked patiently and tirelessly for over 2 years to get my roof replaced. He never pressured me or gave me a sales pitch. He was genuinely interested in my roof being replaced according to the provisions of my insurance coverage and the building code. The production team arrived on time and sent photos of their progress periodically throughout the day. They were very efficient. The job was estimated to be completed in 1 ½ - 2 days. It was completed in 1 day. Clean-up was thorough and impeccable. The project manager returned the following day to inspect the work after it was finished. He used a high-powered leaf blower to vacuum my driveway, sidewalk, porch, and flower beds to make sure no shards of glass, shingle fragments, nails or other debris were left. The professionalism, courtesy, and work ethic of Chapman’s Construction and the production team they hire are commendable.
We needed a General Contractor to complete numerous projects around our house. After doing some research and searching on community pages, we found Chapman’s construction. From the beginning they were nothing but professional, kind and courteous. David Gupton was our point of contact and project manager. David was easy to work with and very communicative. If we needed anything he was there to make sure we got it. Always with a smile and in a timely fashion. All of the workers were very professional and respectful of our house and property. They always left the area they were working in wonderful condition. We would highly recommend Chapman’s Construction for all of your general contracting needs. They were excellent and their work is top tier.
Our company recently started working with Chapman's Construction. We are thoroughly impressed with the organization and attention to detail Chapman's provides for their customers. We met Jacob Jefferys for a recent project of theirs. He was able to coordinate and explain our services to the customer perfectly so we could knock out the job without any hiccups.
