It was a pleasure working with Bunn Heating and Air. They came the same day I called them. I had two very old HVAC units that had to be replaced. All of the personel I had contact with were very cordial, respectful and professional. While installing the two units over a two day period, the installation crew was so careful not to disturb the flowers in my flower garden and were very careful, not to touch the walls while taking the old unit and other debris from the attic. It was very hot those two days but they got the job done as scheduled so that I would have air conditioning. This wonderful business has been serving us well for over 30 years. They are a group of professionals who go the extra mile to give you the service you deserve. Recently Josh came out as soon as we called and at the end of his day because our unit went out on an extremely hot summer day. He immediately got the parts he needed to make sure that it would be up and running, and we would be comfortable right away! Earlier in the summer, an entire crew of workers crawled under our old house to install new duct work. It was quite a challenge as most of the house is over 100 years old and very hard to work under.
