I went in to get my acrylic taken off. I previously got my nails done elsewhere and the overlay wasn't done well so I needed them taken off. Upon entering I was greeted and assisted. I waited about 5 mins and was seated for service. The nail tech I had was very friendly and helpful. The acrylic I had on was thick and stubborn to take off but my tech was patient, taking her time to take it off without damaging my nails. After plenty of rounds of soaking and removing layer by layer my nails were back to natural. She shaped them for me and applied nail hardener. This was my 1st visit at this salon & I absolutely loved my experience! Kimmie was the tech who did my acrylic fill and could not have been more gentle. I will be going to Hello Nails from now on for all my services. PS- they only take cash tips

Gotta rave again! I had Tina this time. I wanted sns sparkle white with blood splatters. She talked me into a neutral sparkle. I was very happy with the results! She took her time and had fun with the designs until we were both pleased! Happy customer, yet again!!
