My initial visit to Great Clips in Locust was a breeze. I utilized the online check-in feature to skip the wait time. Upon arriving at the store, I was promptly called in. The lady who attended to me was exceptionally welcoming and engaged in casual conversation about the day, which made the experience pleasant. She even retrieved my previous hairstyle details from a different Great Clips location. Overall, the customer service was commendable, and I'll definitely be returning and recommending this spot! ?
Megan Turner did an amazing job. My anxiety was high because of some past bad experiences with other stylists but she was patient and gained my trust and gave me exactly what I needed. Go see Megan at Great Clips. Leave her a huge tip!!
Megan is wonderful she took time to understand what I was asking and didn't rush while cutting my hair which was refreshing it made me feel like I was important also very friendly and a perfectionist which I really like about her. I hope she will be at the locust location when I go back.
