The Worst Clinic Hispanics Can Visit” I had a good opinion of the said Dr. Vargas. But I received a letter via mail. I couldn't attend that clinic anymore. I have been visiting them for years and I have had all my Novant doctors for years. But I went to an appointment then I called for a consultation” I was assisted by a helpless Hispanic woman with a bad temper. I told him that if the questions bothered him, he'd better stay home! And she didn't go to work. She came out with something rude and I told her I would file a complaint for her. I took the disperse that I was called by a woman with a heavy attitude. I think that this doctor Ricardo Vargas is rubbish, he sent a notification to a co-worker indicating that she would NOT be better served, there is in that clinic where he works. I am a witness that When my co-worker called for help with a prescription that It didn't make it to the pharmacy. My friend told her that she would complain about her because of her way of treating patients. Dr. Vargas and K. Tucker are great but the rest of the staff and billing as Novant are horrible. The first one would have been covered but they had another one conducted and never told me or at least said that we feel need to conduct another one, and we wanted you to know that your health plan may or may not cover it. Are you ok with that? No, instead, they had the 2nd lab test done, my health plan covered some of it and Novant passed the rest to me to pay....read full review
