“In the winter of 2024 we finally decided to replace the old heat pump in our home and contacted John Linkous. He and his team (his sons) met us, evaluated our heating system, and recommended a Coleman heat pump with a 10 year warranty. We arranged a date for installation and they came on that date. When they arrived they worked extremely hard to move the new system into place and had it up and running by the end of the day. They also balanced the airflow in several rooms of our home.
