As new owners we needed a good evaluation of HVAC systems & dehumidifier. Knowledgeable service tech provided valuable info regarding dehumidifier. Unit not adequate & has burned out. We will probably have them replace the dehumidifier.
Dennis Mattern worked on our heating system today. He was great —— very professional, courteous, clean. Dennis was personable and fully explained the system to me. We have had many service techs in our lives (we are 77), and he ranks with the best.
We live outside of the catchment area. Paying the extra fee was worth it. Daniel did an amazing job with, throughout the process, explaining what was wrong with our air conditioner and what needed to be done. He went above and beyond and managed to get all repairs done in one visit. Out home is now “cooling down” as I write this. There is a local heating and air company that attempted to “swindle” us. Avery Heating and air has proven to be fair and honest. Down to earth and caring about cost and our comfort. Thank you!
