The online appointment scheduling is great. I got there and went in to see the provider a couple minutes later. The testing was immediate, results came back and I was on my way with an electronic prescription sent to my pharmacy. One of the best urgent care appointments ever!
Check in was very efficient. Quick to see Dr. Astranga; he spent time to identify my condition, and his diagnosis was accurate as I had to have follow up care with a specialist. I recieved positive results due to his advice, and was able to continue my daily routines until I got to the specialist.
I went in with severe back pain. I couldn’t walk or sit. They initially told me an hour and half. The super sweet lady at the desk could tell I was in pain and said she would try to get me in sooner. It was only about 5 minutes before they called me back. The nurse was great and helpful. The doctor (I don’t remember his name) was great! He did a thorough evaluation. He took his time and explained what was going on in my back. He gave me a shot to help with swelling, and a prescription to pick up at the pharmacy along with exercises to help strengthen my stomach and back muscles. I was very happy with my visit.
