Even when we came to the conclusion I wouldn’t be bringing my PC in he still offered me solutions for my problems with PC that he could think of. A testament to the fact that the only goal of this pc guru is to get the computers working properly.
I was referred to Triad Micro by a friend and am very happy with my experience. I felt that the investigation of my issue was thorough and well explained and I trusted their assessment. And, to top it off, I felt that I was charged fairly. Would easily recommend and use Triad Micro again!
