I received a text when the technician was en route and a phone call from the technician when he arrived and he explained what would take place concerning the maintenance. I was not home at the time, but I appreciated the notification of his arrival and the notification of the completion. I am unable to speak of what took place while he was there, but the kind professionalism of customer service that took place is enough to warrant five stars.

Storm Electric installed a Generac Standby generator for my home last week. There were some unusual issues with the way the electric panel was set up that required a good deal more work by Storm. They were excellent in explaining what was happening, scheduling and installation. Jon, the owner, also explained in ways I could understand, how the system works and what I needed to know. I highly recommend them.
