I am the general manager of a hotel here in Lexington and I have had to call Craig and his team out of a few occasions to help with some water damage. I can only tell you that they are the best at what they do. I have known Betty for several years now and anytime I need something I can always call her. Craig even gave me his personal cell number and anytime I have had to call Craig himself ALWAYS comes out and accesses the situation and talks with me about the process. The last time I had to have them here, Craig stayed the whole time the work was being done. Now being in management I can tell you that's a huge plus for me.
