They arrived on time and were very cordial & professional. Wore covers over shoes to keep floors clean. I'm very satisfied with the toilet repair, installation of heat tape and insulation on bare pipe and the overall quality of workmanship. I plan to use Pro Plumbing Air & Electric when maintenance and repairs are needed.

Our service call was for HVAC issues, Brier explained the difference between a tune up vs full service diagnostic system check. We chose the full annual service agreement as it has way more benefits and perks over a tune up. Briar's appearance was very neat, polite and showed his technical knowledge by getting to the system problems quickly and explained to us in laymen terms and cost for the HVAC repairs.
