Service Technician visited in the time frame stated and within a few hours of my having called. Professional and knowledgeable, calmed my nerves: There was no issue but he checked the heat pump (installed in May 2023) just in case. I'm loving Maurice's!

Made an appointment with Maurice Ac to service our heat pump for 9am this morning 8/15. Received a txt when they were on the way. Arrived early, evaluated the unit and its operating status, determined that it just needed a refrigerant charge, completed that, checked the complete unit for any addition issues. Discussed what he did and cost. Paid invoice. Great service, would recommend and use this company any time.
