I can’t say enough about Homeinstead in Lexington. My 92 year old mother has severe dementia and my sister and I agreed mom needed help with some ADL’s but mostly companionship. Homeinstead was started around February of 2020. Then Covid shut down all assisted living facilities. We couldn’t see mom at all except at doctor appointments. Due to two severe hospital stays and skilled nursing time we were not allowed to have moms caretakers in. Finally July of 2020 we were able to get them back in to her facility. Home Instead has a flexible caregiver process that allows multiple caregivers to care for my mother. They have office staff available 24 hours a day that can assist and support you on short notice. The office staff and caregivers are loving and caring and can be depended on in your absence bringing you peace of mind.

Judy has came into Mom and Dads home as another family member. Her work and care for them is beyond awesome . But still nothing compared to the love she shows them. For my Dad to allow some one else but Mom or a family member to take care of him show how they feel about Judy. Dad is a proud WWII war vet. It took a lot for him to allow some one in and now looks forwards for her to arrive .He loves her dives to the lake most days. Thanks to Judy and Home instead !
