From the front office staff to the vet techs to the veterinarians themselves, every single person here is compassionate, thoughtful, and incredibly thorough.
There honestly aren’t enough words to describe the heart behind the care they provide. They take the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and treat both pets and owners with genuine kindness and respect. You never feel rushed, dismissed, or like just another appointment — they truly care.
Their attention to detail, knowledge, and empathy have been consistent over the years, and that kind of care is rare. I am beyond grateful for the dedication and love this team shows every day. If you’re looking for a veterinary office that treats your pets like family, this is it.“

5400 Indiana Ave, Winston-Salem“Winston Veterinary Hospital deserves five million stars, and then some. ? We’ve been bringing our pets there ever since we moved back seven years ago, and the care has been nothing short of extraordinary. They supported us with so much compassion and tenderness through the years we had our three senior babies, and now they continue that same exceptional level of care with our new little ones.
The kindness, empathy, and genuine heart of everyone on this team is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. From the moment you walk in, you feel like family, because that’s exactly how they treat both you and your pets. Their dedication and warmth truly set them apart, these incredible humans operate on an entirely different level, and we are endlessly grateful for them! ♥️“

6043 Old U.S. 421, East Bend“My dog Apollo had been very sick for weeks and after 3 visits to our vet we kept getting no answers and no help so we came here. It was such a breath of relief compared to what we had been dealing with. Dr Leon took the time to listen to what had happened to my dog, what were his symptoms, what had the other vet tried to do to treat him, and then he went through what he thought the best course of action would be. He told us from the beginning he suspected it may be cancer and to be wary, but that he would still continue to try everything he could incase that it was something else. We had no trouble getting seen and weren’t being charged $120 emergency fee everytime we needed to be seen or speak to someone like my other vet had been doing. Even when I was just going to pick up medication Dr Leon took time out of his day to come talk to me, see how Apollo was doing and tell me what the plan was if this did or didn’t work. He was very accommodating and worked to try and find a solution to what was happening. Unfortunately it was cancer and there was nothing we could do further to help him, but every one was very kind to us during the process of putting him to rest. I have nothing but kind things to say about this place. They genuinely care about their patients and the people who come here. They listen and we weren’t excessively overcharged and told we needed unnecessary treatment and supplies like my previous vet had been doing.“

6373 Cephis Dr, Clemmons“I have nothing but the best things to say about everyone at this place. Dr. Pete has saved my dog at least four times, cancer, pneumonia, cancer again, pneumonia again. He’s the best diagnostician I’ve ever known—experience is king here. His daughter Dr. Brown follows in his footsteps and is so lovely…a wonderful veterinarian. The whole staff are such gems—So nice, so caring and beyond accommodating. They always get us in the day of for an emergency, Much thanks to Brittany, Elizabeth, Tammy, and Rachel, and all their support staff. I’ve never met a more wonderful team in my life, and I’m grateful for them every day.“

I have been in customer service my whole life and I am always treated so nice when I walk in. Dr. Fox is very knowledgeable and very caring and I can't say enough good things about her. The staff is also very nice to deal with. I'm glad I found them because my Rosie deserves the best. Thank you for all you do.......The Matera Family“
“She has been my horses veterinarian for 24 years and she's never had another vet.I've never thought to write a review. But she's the best and takes her time and does a through examination.“
8AM - 12PM
2635 Neudorf Rd, Clemmons“We have always had a great experience with Dr Pugh and the team! We brought our cat Zeke in in February for what seemed to be a urinary blockage and they helped us figure out a plan for him to get him feeling better! They were super patient with him (he’s not the nicest) and have us peace of mind knowing he was taken care of. Our girl Sadie has always been afraid of vets and becomes fear aggressive. The staff were super sweet to her and while it’s still something we are working on we have hope one day she will grow to love coming in. Our new pup Cane also received the best care getting loved on and lots of treats during his checkup! As a pet owner it can be hard to find a trustworthy vet. The staff here have excelled at commitment to care of our pets! We are so grateful for them and all their hard work, from the vets to the ladies up front and vet techs. We couldn’t be more appreciative of all of them!“

527 S Stratford Rd, Winston-Salem“I absolutely love Ard-Vista! They were always extremely careful with my yorkie who had terrible health issues and a collapsed trachea. They saw us through both of my previous girls' passings and were so respectful of them through the process. Dr. Morrison even sent us heartfelt, handwritten card about how special he could tell our little Piper was to us and how sorry he was for our loss. We now have 3 Maltese. Dr. Gessner is our regular vet and he is extremely patient with me and my 1,000 questions as a constantly anxious dog mom. He always takes great care of my dogs and is very careful during procedures. The entire staff is fantastic and Jessica up front is an angel. I can not say enough good things about them.“

“Have been taking my 2 canines to Dr. Schill & Dr. Hoffman for many years. One of my canines crossed The Rainbow Bridge on 6/23. The whole staff including Dr. Schill could not have been more compassionate with lots of hugs & tears....an awesome staff who is extremely helpful & knowledgeable. I wouldn't take my canines to any other vet office.“

134 Medical Dr, Advance“Fantastic staff. Love Dr Frazier and Dr Kirk. Their love for animals is evident! And they are smart and go the extra mile!“
“Emergency vet care is expensive, much like emergency human care. Owning a pet comes with financial responsibility of that pet and I don't think it's fair to blame the vet office because you can't pay for something. That being said - we received compassionate (and extremely costly) care from this hospital and if we have another emergency we will use them again.“

“We are deeply grateful to the entire team for the care, compassion, and professionalism they showed our kitten, Henry.
From the moment we arrived during an emergency, it was clear that Henry was treated with urgency, expertise, and genuine kindness. The doctors and staff took the time to explain what was happening, walked us through difficult decisions with honesty and empathy, and never once made us feel rushed or unheard.
Although Henry’s condition was ultimately not survivable, we know he received aggressive, thoughtful care and, most importantly, comfort. In the short time he was with us, he became incredibly special to our family, and we are thankful he was surrounded by people who truly cared for him in his final days.
This team made an unimaginably hard experience a little more bearable, and we will always be thankful for that.
— Jerod & Jenn“

“I highly recommend Animal House of Lewisville. I have been a customer for several years, and recently, my sweet 14-year-old dog, Maggie, passed away after a battle with cancer.
Dr. Allgood was incredible; she caught the cancer during a regular checkup, and thanks to her care and the proper treatment, Maggie was able to live another six months mostly pain-free. It is so difficult to lose a beloved pet, but I am incredibly thankful for that extra time to prepare and say goodbye.
When the end finally came, the staff was wonderful in helping prevent Maggie from suffering, and her final visit could not have been handled with more dignity or compassion. When I picked up her remains, I was moved by the thoughtful package they prepared—a beautiful urn, a paw print, and a card signed with personal messages from the staff who knew her. I want to send a huge Thank You to the entire team for helping us through this transition. If you are looking for the best care around, you have found it.“
