He replaced a faucet that was flooding the under part of my counter in the kitchen, and just today I had him out here because my garbage disposal wasn't working and water was no longer draining from my kitchen sink. He has been incredibly respectful. I own a home alone as a female, and have been taken advantage of by other companies when it comes to other household things. He's honest, he's fair and I've met a couple of his employees and they're always incredibly friendly and nice to me. I highly recommend him and the employees that he has had with him. Thank you so much, CHARLES. I appreciate you so much for being fair and making me feel like I wasn't getting ripped off. That matters so much to me as a single female living in a house alone.
