The space, vibe, and instruction here is so cozy and welcoming. Cold lavender infused eye towels at the end of practice were the cherry on top. I'm so glad I decided to visit while in town, and will definitely be back. Thanks for a great Tuesday night yoga class, Brian!
Your experience begins as soon as you walk in the door. The space is so beautiful. It fills you with peace and joy. Many years ago, I needed Meredith's expertise for a painfully stiff shoulder and painfully tight back muscles. The severity of my problems are long gone yet I continue to see Meredith for that ounce of prevention. Meredith knows what you need. She is an attentive listener and she knows just what to do to help you. You will be extremely thankful each time you visit. I certainly am!
