We relocated to Lenoir, NC from Cleveland, TN a little over one year ago. We had been members of a car wash in TN so we immediately joined Tidal Wave on arrival. Tidal Wave is head and shoulders above any car wash we have ever experienced. This is largely due to Adam Hicks, the manager of this facility. He is one of the best managers I have ever seen. He leads by example and is an excellent role model for his employees. He does not just sit in the office but is out there in the trenches every day. Tidal Wave car wash in lenoir is the only car wash I will go too! Very sweet and caring workers! And just for a basic wash which is all I need is only $12!! Keep up the good work guys!
Excellent place to wash your car. All of the employees are professional and friendly. Adam is always very helpful. Towels and sprays are always available. Vacuums operational and area clean!! My car has never looked better! Highly recommended
