Very clean shop. Customer service was great. I had my hair cut by Ruby. She cut it exactly as I asked.and without an appointment. They use the walk in method. I love this place. I will return next time I need a haircut

I get my eyebrows waxed at Smart cuts and her name is Tina the lady who doesn't and I can tell you this I wouldn't go anywhere else or have anyone else do it for me she doesn't really great job and I would suggest I would recommend Smart cuts to anyone that even wants a hairstyle or haircut all that comes with hair salons

Ruby is the Best there for anything you need or want done. She's an Expert at Hair cuts Eyebrows color the whole 9 yards.I've known her ever since I was a little girl and I'm 37 years old. So she had quite some Experience at doing hair color eyebrow waxing and shaping but we would follow her around to where she works cause no one else can do as a good Job as her.RUBY is the best Hair Stylist here and if you need anything done and go to Smartcuts in lenoir Nc and ask from Ruby and let her know Danelle Robbins Recommend her.You'll leave the salon quite Happy.
