My daughter's 9th birthday was Saturday and she had been asking to have her nails done for weeks. We went to Mary's and they did AMAZING! Everyone there was super nice and put a big smile on her face! Thank you for making her first experience with having her nails done a magical moment! We both got our nails ? and my daughter picked out the color/length/shape. The nail techs were so nice and went above and beyond to make sure we got exactly what we wanted! We absolutely love how our nails turned out!

Mary’s nails always gives me what I want and an excellent end product, but unfortunately the last time I was at the salon i had a very negative experience. I asked to receive a soak off of the acrylics I currently had on and get another pair put on. Instead of a soak off, one of the techs took pliers and ripped each of the acrylics off of my nails. This was extremely painful and destroyed my natural nails underneath. In the few times I’ve been they’ve never done this just this once, but it makes me scared to go back.

I had an appointment and still had to wait more than thirty minutes. The tech that did mine didn’t spend much time on the processes and rushed through the service. I chose the step up from the basic pedicure because of the paraffin wax and she didn’t leave my feet in the wax but for roughly 2 minutes. I told her my toes were sore from my toenails being ingrown on one side when she was clipping and she acted like she couldn’t understand me, and never trimmed them. I pay extra for gel polish and she did an excellent job of polishing my toes.
