Mike is so kind, thorough, friendly, and consistent that I can't imagine going anywhere else. He not only gave me a same-day appointment based on our availability but even called me back when an even earlier time opened up and I could go get my hair cut even sooner. He mentioned that payment is done via cash or check before we even hung up and I arrived there unprepared. And his note-keeping card system ensures a consistent cut every time, and he made sure we covered everything that I might want or need before starting and giving me a great haircut that I really needed—having waited way too long since my last one. I look forward to going back regularly now.
